Delivery Times

Our normal delivery times are from 11 am - 7 pm (Tuesday to Sunday). All online orders are available for delivery next business day or your selected day. We do not deliver the same day online orders.

Delivery Fee

Delivery fee ranges from $10.00 - $50.00 depending on the location. Alternatively, you're welcome to pick up your arrangement at our flower shop located at 145 Front St, Wood Dale, IL 60191.

Responsibility 

Customers who order from our store are fully responsible to provide us with correct information, such as an address, delivery date, or time. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase. If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.

Canceling an order

Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or delivered. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call: (630) 787-8040

Flower vases

All flowers in the pictures are large, and vase is included in the price. Similar vase may be replaced, in case we are out of stock.
